Vega is a global high performance travel concierge services company and is part of a global travel services conglomerate head quartered in Dubai, UAE. Vega is the only structured and professionally managed company in the travel concierge space. Vega is the pioneer in introducing the concept of Visa Concierge service wherein the traveller is offered first class assistance while applying for a visa. It is the prime offering of Vega and comprises of a number of services offered to the traveller, facilitating and supporting the Visa application lifecycle.
Vega’s Visa concierge ensures that the traveller is treated with utmost comfort and luxury during the application process, provided with timely information and experiences a hassle-free and smooth process. Vega’s visa concierge staff is well versed with the process and information, warm, well groomed, friendly and helpful, and well trained to deliver excellent service to the clients.
We offer our services to Individual travellers (Retail) and Corporate clients in the core areas of:
- Guidance on Passport and / or Visa documentation pre-requisites
- Verification of Passport and / or Visa documentation pre-requisites
- Passport form filling (For Fresh Passport /Renewal, Child Passport, etc.)
- Visa form filling (For Business, Tourist Visas, Student visas, etc.)
- Visa Appointment scheduling with the Embassy/Consulate offices
- Passport /Visa collection and delivery services
- Allied value added services like Ticketing, Travel and Medical Insurance, Hotel Booking, Airport Pick-up and Drop, Travel Guide, Cab Service, etc.

The following principles recognize each VEGA personnel’s duty to act in the public’s interest, to be honest and truthful, to demonstrate personal integrity, and to respect privileged information. All VEGA employees will uphold the standards of the Code of Ethics and the principles of this policy for professional conduct and accountability. All VEGA personnel are committed to a belief in the dignity and worth of the individual human being. They maintain integrity with respect to their duties as they come in contact with the public, other service providers and clients.
It is a primary obligation for all VEGA employees to safeguard information about customers.
Release of information on employees, customers or clients will be in compliance with VEGA policies and other federal, State, and local regulations.
High standards of professional behavior and responsibility will be maintained.
- Each VEGA employee will take responsibility for assuring the continuity of public services provided by continuing contact and following up referrals made to other agencies or individuals.
- Respect for the rights and privacy of colleagues will be maintained.
1. The request of a customer to receive services from a particular VEGA staff member or provider will be honored whenever possible.
2. VEGA employees will direct any criticism of another staff member’s work or actions to that person, to that person’s supervisor, and/or to Human Resources staff only. Criticism or controversy related to staff actions, or VEGA policies, personnel, or procedures shall not be directed to clients or customers or discussed within their hearing.
- VEGA staff will not misrepresent his/her professional credentials, qualifications, affiliation, and functions or those of the colleagues, institutions, and organizations with which associated.
Quality of Service
The maintenance of high standards of professional competence and quality of service is the responsibility of all VEGA employees.
- Controversial issues shall be discussed with supervisory staff and staff actions will meet with supervisory approval.
- Each individual will be responsible for recognizing the limitations of his/her competence and will not provide services or use procedures with which he/she is not familiar.
- Each professional should seek supervisory or peer advice for issues of customer management.
Moral and Legal Standards
VEGA employees will show regard for the social codes and moral expectations of the community in which they work. VEGA employees will recognize that violations of accepted moral and legal standards may result in personal harm and injury of reputations of VEGA customers, colleagues, themselves, and VEGA as well as cause unnecessary risk to VEGA.
Every aspect of Vega represents trust, including its name. Trust and reliability, to the organization and the team, forms part of their work philosophy, and is acknowledged as a way of life. - Notwithstanding anything else to the contrary, the Consulate/Embassy reserves the right to ask for further documentation and to refuse the visa application.
- The grant or refusal of the visa is at the sole discretion of the Consulate /Embassy and VEGA is neither involved in the process nor is liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delay in processing or grant or rejection of the visa application of any applicant by the Consulate/Embassy.
- The application fees/service charge once received by VEGA from the applicant will not be refundable under any circumstances, irrespective of whether or not the desired visa is granted by the Consulate/Embassy to the applicant.
The applicant shall agree and accept that VEGA neither controls the Consulate/Embassy nor does it control or operate the services provided by them. Hence, VEGA will not be liable or responsible in any manner whatsoever for the loss or damage of applicant Documents due to any default on the part of the Consulate/Embassy.
Every applicant is expected to verify and confirm the application duly filled for its accuracy and order before they make the final payment for VEGA services. VEGA is fully committed to make corrections whatsoever necessary before submitting the application to the Embassy / Visa application centers.
